The name of the TC2 device-tree in mainline Linux is 'vexpress-v2p-ca15_a7.dtb' so we should use that and remove the old version from the source tree. We don't also update the target binary name in the disk image (v2p-ca15-tc2.dtb) because that would be would be disruptive to users and automated systems, and to be consistent, we would also have to change the bootloder names as well; all of which would be more disruption and more hassle than it's worth.
