Revert: ARM: allow the kernel text section to be made read-only
Some recent upstream changes to arch/arm/mmu.c collide badly
with change 5e9c31627e22f20dc2b9ee14f3a9f0a58d2792aa (ARM: allow
the kernel text section tobe made read-only) in the Android
patch set.
For now, revert this change (and follow on fix ec53f48a2eb) so
the merge doesn't collide.
