tc2: update default boot configarmlt-20150724-001armlt-20150720-001
Update the default boot config to boot a zImage, ramdisk.img and
board.dtb from NOR flash as per the new flash layout that will be pushed
to the Linaro firmware repo.
note: the DTB file lives in the 2nd flash partition.
