brcm: add AP6212 nvram configlinaro-20180705-001linaro-bpi
This file is taken from here: https://github.com/BPI-SINOVOIP/BPI-files/commit/db6d2f77a32d649f8444e606c935947d28408a43 There is no license associated with this file, however, the assumption is that Sinovoip a redistributing under LICENCE.cypress. This file appears across many publicly available repo and attempts to track down the "owner" and license have been fruitless so far. Signed-off-by: Ryan Harkin <ryan.harkin@linaro.org>
