perf tools: make perf to build in 3.9 kernel tree againtracking-lsk-misc-fixes-manifest-20130614.0tracking-lsk-misc-fixes-manifest-20130613.0tracking-lsk-misc-fixes-lsk-20130528.0tracking-lsk-misc-fixes-lsk-20130527.0v3.9/ynk-fixes
Put the behaviour back to the same as in 3.8 kernel tree,
but preserve compatibility with make version 3.80
