Correct and Add Error exit tests for *errtz
Test the case where N=M (Workspace should be 1), so put LWORK at 0 to make it failed
Test the case where N!=M (Workspace should be more than MAX(1,M)), so put M=2, N=3 ans LWORK at 1 to make it failed
Correct some typos in [dz]drgsx testings.
