Fixes: NB#186732 - Reaction times for switching from Home Screen to fullscreen are above target for many applications
- remove 100ms sleep before transitions since it does not always make sense
(if it makes sense in some case, it needs to be done in that case only)
- replace XSync() with XFlush() in enableRedirection()
- now detect and recover from transiency loops, instead of infinite-looping
- modify test8.py to create a temporary transiency loop for testing
- fix a fatal bug in window stacking code (RAISE_MATCHING macro) -- we now
use the same algorithm as Matchbox 2
- add a Python test for Meego stacking layers (this also fails when the fixed
RAISE_MATCHING bug is present)
- avoid updateWinList() call in removeWindow() when nothing was done
- increase sleep in test20.py in a desperate attempt to make it pass...
