tcwg_bmk-build.sh: adjust dynamic libs for llvm sysroot
libomp.so recently moved to a subdirectory named with the triplet.
The rpath of the dynamic linker doesn't search in this subdirectory.
This commits aim to prepare the sysroot to have all dynamic libraries
available directly in $sysroot/lib
